It's...CANADA!!! Ain't he cute when he smiles?
I don't even really like Canada a whole lot (something about how he's such a sweet innocent angel really pisses me off) but he is part of one of my favorite pairings. But after making this vid I'm starting to come around to the little Canuck. BTW anyone ever been to Canada beautiful country for sure people.

You should look at it this way: He isn't an angel; no. He just isn't noticed enough for people to truly know him, making him appear innocent. He tries to be polite, which mostly causes people to pass him by-- sad really. He was taken away from his papa (France) at a young age by England, and he isn't even noticed by England half the time. He really has a sad existence. D':
