Oklahoma State Rep.: Gays "Biggest Threat" to US
An Oklahoma state legislator is coming under criticism for a speech in which she says homosexuals are destroying the United States and are more dangerous than terrorists. Republican State Representative Sally Kern was addressing a small audience when she was secretly recorded.

State Rep. Sally Kern: "Studies show that no society that has totally embraced homosexuality has lasted more than, you know, a few decades. So it's the death knell of this country. I honestly think it's the biggest threat our nation has, even more so than terrorism or Islam, which I think is a big threat... If you got cancer or something in your little toe, do you say, well, you know, I'm just going to forget about it because the rest of me is fine? It spreads. OK? And this stuff is deadly, and it's spreading, and it will destroy our young people, it will destroy this nation."

Kern has confirmed she made the comments and has refused to apologize.

@alohawarrior22 It sounds to me like you're only taking the physical aspect of the human body into consideration,and not the human spirit/soul.Sometimes a man's soul is in a woman's body (or vice versa),and sometimes people of the same sex just get along better than with the opposite sex.Boys like to loaf around and watch/play sports and girls like to have slumberpartiers (stereotypically)they like to stick together,so why not in love and not friendship?Love is just a more valuable friendship.

These are several reasons "based on pure logic" as to why I believe homosexuality is inherently wrong and ultimately self-destructive to society. @myboxxyfile Additionally, it really is unnatural. Not like eyeglasses and antibiotics unnatural, more like ethically and physically unnatural. The sexual fit between a man and another man is not like the sexual fit of a man with a woman, which I believe has been perfectly designed. Other natural fits, not necessarily sexual, are the way a man fits on a horse, peas and carrots, and the way the natural world wonderfully fits together. Homosexuality is not that way.
