The US weakened cluster bomb treaty - WikiLeaks

The United States used its ally Australia to weaken the international ban on cluster bomb munitions. Refusing to sign wasn't enough for the American military, they had to use their influence to weaken the treaty even more.

98 percent of the victims of unexploded cluster bomblets are civilians.

Show us where the people who claim the death of the people aboard the airplanes crashed on 9/11 are justified and note they don't distinguish civilians from soldiers.

BTW they did go into detail of the usefulness that these munitions are to terrorists, 98% of the fatalities caused by cluster bombs are civilians (children included).

With all the IEDS and hidden booby traps in afghanistan a war zone!,what the heck was dude thinking picking up a random piece of debris off the ground? To play with it? No excuse!
