(used a wiffle ball) So i tried this from 43 feet. and my time it hit the catcher was 2.5 to 2.6 of a second. I did this math equation and it said i threw about 99 to 100 mph is this correct?

easier way take time it takes from release to catchers mitt then divide 1 by that number. then multiply by 60, after that multiply by 3600 then divide by 5280. Simple
1 / Y x 60 x 3600 / 5280= mph: Y= time from release to catchers mitt

Also to make your stop watch times more accurate you can try timeing the same pitch 5 times then find the average. Then use that average to get a more approximate answer thumbs up if you think it would help.
