WARNING: Please do not try this yourself. I have a friend who attempted this and even though she was successful, she also managed to perforate both of her eardrums in the attempt! If you are going to attempt this anyway against my recommendation, be very cautious, and if you have to push too hard, then stop immediately. It should be absolutely painless!
