I'm no expert at this game, but I can complete it at least. Played by myself (SaxxonPike) using WinVice for gameplay/capture and Nyko AirFlo gamepad. Also note that near the end of levels, it appears that I'm wasting time. This isn't true: Uridium requires that you wait until all the enemy waves have cycled.

  • The graphics are cool at some stages but actually the best thing with Uridium is the soundtrack. shoot em ups vere generally cool but its annoying the time it takes to turn in Uridium. 80's 4ever

  • This game blew everyone's socks off at the end of 1985/start of 1986 for the simple reason it was THE closest to an arcade machine available on any home micro.

    If you weren't there at the time then you won't understand.

  • I think level 9 or 10 was about as far as I ever got. I know I got past "Tungsten" for sure and level 10 looks familiar. I never did see the point of cheat modes.

  • I had this game but looking at it now, I can't see what the heck you were supposed to do! Just hover about and shoot things until you get the "land now" message? Or did you have to destroy a certain amount of things? I do remember the landing being very tricky.

  • Heres why i missed so many school lessons, damn you C64! No i love you really.

  • I've never understood why people rate this game's music so much. They must be hearing something that I'm not, because I think the title music is terrible.

  • @kleenefotze Nah! It was Star Paws. Can't remember any game called Cosmic Tunnels... maybe i'll check it out
