@SethHesio He's at work though isn't he here. I think he's great and have a lot of respect for the man, but he sure does lend his name to a lot of corporate advertising these days!

I think he calms down a lot when he's getting paid thousands of pounds a minute to demonstrate something as painfully simple as this. The man had 3 stars, he puts no more thought into this than he does into pumping blood round his body...

@peanutking242 plus we dont have enough bones and bits to make stocks...or 8 10 pans with pro stove tops just lying around just to prepare for a garnish...therefore his recipes like these are simple and suits the rest of us...

@TheDave000 i dont think it will appeal to many busy working people that cooks on a day to day basis if he teaches more complicated dishes.... posh meals need alot of technical skills and equipment only serious foodies have...

besides how many non professional home cooks can cook as calmly/organized way? its all about getting the basics right... marco is the man to do it
