its sick what that man put those children through but almost just as sick that the operator is being called out on doing her job. operators are not to get emotional with every caller or they wouldnt be able to do thier job,same as a e.r dr or ambulance driver. she got them the help they needed and the fact that there are more comments on her doing her job then the drunk causing such terror is just mad.like blaming the waitress instead of the cook when ur food takes to long
