"EXTREME MAKEOVER" CREW COMES TO BUFFALO

They have been here for a week..working 24/7...we had the highest amount of volunteers in the shows history..this episode will air in January 2010..I was able to visit the site courtesy of a shuttle bus service..No, I wasn't able to find Ty Pennington..either..but I tried!

I just saw on tv..the ppl. just got back from WD World, a local car dealer just gave them a new Ford Fusion, the kids are getting free college & the mother too, a local frozen food maker is going to fill their freezer for a yr...now for the bad part..the taxes are not going to be cheap, what about the ins. on the car? Who's going to pay for that? lol

I hope for that every yr..& just think in the 1900's we were such a industrial city..with things like the Pan-Am Expostion in 1901...but in 1901 President McKinley was assinated here..then we made the Pierce-Arrow..then eventually the Corvair engine in 1960..

Well I really hope to see Buffalo making a comeback, it is one of the more less fortunate cities in North America, it took it very hard when industry started going sour in the early 1980's and never came back. But the saying goes, have one window broken, then they all get broken, but with a little painting and planting a flower or two, things good will then start to happen.

Yes, they are lucky..but I heard they are not going to get any breaks on the tax bills..since its a new build!
