What do you think of Australia? The Overlanders

This is an old one, from the original trip I did with my brother around Australia, back in the 90's.

Back then we were quite keen to know what backpackers visiting Australia, thought of Australia.

Dror from Israel summed things up perfectly, discussing the Australian character and cuisine.

For those starting in video production, notice that even back then, when we were starting out, we recorded good audio by keeping the mic in nice and close.

I'm originally from Israel and I can understand Dror's reaction to the Australians. When you travel outside the Middle East everything seem easy. I never been to Australia but it does seem like the most relaxed, peaceful and easygoing place in the world. I'm pretty sure it's Dror's post army expedition. I did mine in the Far East. I wanted to go to Australia too but we run out of money... one day I will, it's on my "places I must see before I die" list :o)

I like your way of working Overlander, and your country. I have never been there. But last night I sat next to a countryman of yours on the flight TD906 from Bangkok to Stockholm, and we talked a lot.
