lol maybe u have just a demo version of photoshop, so u need a complete version to do it

please help! WHERE ARE THE COLORS? mine dosnt have colors. like if i put outer glow. theres no where to chaneg the color of the glow. its just simply not there!!! I cn change the text color thats all! please help me find it ive been looking everywhere!! :D
