The main problem area most ladies are concerned about is the Stomach.Stomach Exercises :
(1) Continue with Planks.
(2) Add vaccum pumps (for the sling muscle/transversius)

There is also a big concern about their Butts, Thighs and sagging breasts.
Exercises for Butts, thighs & breast :
(1) Squats, bridges, push-ups [alongwith supportive bras (right size neither loose or tight)]
(2) KEGELs is very very important.
