Alice In Chains - A Looking In View (guitar cover)

Big Jerry Cantrell riffage from the recent release, "Black Gives Way To Blue", and it's good stuff for newer guitar players too.. This is played in Drop D Flat - or tune a half a step down, then drop D. I covered only rhythm here as the leads are fairly simple. To get this tone I used full tube Peavey JSX distortion, reverb, delay and a stock '57 Goldtop Les Paul Reissue. Thanks for watching and hit my channel for more guitar vids.

@MJTOOR Jerry has been quoted as saying that Half a step down IS the AIC tuning(Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb), AND sometimes they drop down thier Top Eb to a Db - also called DropDb(flat) tuning - which they did in this song. Remember to get your guitar INTONATED and good luck!
