Enjoy our version of Maoz Tzur, our Chanuka favorite. Maoz Tzur describes the various exiles the Jewish people have undergone as well as God's salvation during each one. We sing this after lighting the Chanuka candles to give perspective to our history of oppression and redemption.

I had saved this when I discovered it during Hanukkah. In cleaning up my computer I stumbled into it and re-watched it. How I loved it then and now. It also lifted my spirits in light of today's news out of Iran (that they have a big surprise for us) and that Hamas will never give up trying to destroy the State of Israel. It reminded me that we have faced terrible enemies in all generations and yet we have transcended each enemy with Hashem's help. And the bravery of Zahal.

This is awesome! I have been trying to find a nice recording of Maoz Tzur online for years, and this is the first one I have found that has the whole thing. It is also the nicest-sounding.
