There a video somewhere where the director, Francis Lawrence, actually explains what this video is about. He said the video is supposed to be about kids that fell through the cracks, and no one pays attention to them, so they're just doing their own thing. He also said they had to digitally edit the sky because it was a bright sunny day, and so they made it cloudy and a bit dark.
