    3x a week, 2 heavy days and a light day:

    Mon - 1x4 (88%), 2x7 (77%)

    Wed - 1x2 (88%)

    Sat - 1x4 (88%), 2x7 (77%)

    Decided to experiment with mixed rep ranges and it's been working amazing. Less than six weeks ago I was at 335x4... if I hit 395x4 wednesday that'll be a 60lb gain on my 4RM in exactly 6 weeks.
