@JetBootz This is typical optometrist BS. In fact, prevention using a plus (before you go below 20/50, and -1/2 diopter) is strongly advocated by professionals.

It is always good to avoid the minus. If you can function with no minus -- that is wonderful. I suggest you "complete" the loop. Get a Snellen eye-chart and put it on the wall -- here: (add w's) .i-see.org/eyecharts.html
Select Joel Schneider "PDF" -- print it out.
Georgia requires 20/60. Texas 20/50, and all others 20/40. Check this for your own safety. Best of luck.

I just watched this video today almost 2 years after it was posted. Have you had any more improvement in your vision? Thinking of buying the CD for eye yoga. Let me kn ow. Thanks.

Always pleased to see people improving their vision. Your lenses are low-cost, but I would suggest getting a Snellen eye-chart from I-SEE -- for free. Thus, you not only improve your vision (with Bates and/or a "Plus) but you confirm your results. Just go to "Google" and type I-See Eye Charts. Then print out the Schnieder chart. You only have to pass the 20/40 line for most DMV tests.

From 20/200 to 20/20 is not possible in a few days. Did you check your vision with an eye doctor?
-
@Mediagamerz Well it actually only took a few days before I had better than 20/20 vision - but it didn't last. It took me a long time to get where I'm at. I should've read more books maybe
-
How long did it take before you had for sure 20/20 vision or even better? A few days, a few weeks, a few months?
-
@Mediagamerz 20/200 might be like a -2 prescription. it didn't take long for me to see clearly, but to maintain it took a while. i wrote about it in my blog and book and have made some vids about it

How much is 20/200 and 20/10 in minus? And how long did it take before you had 20/20 vision?
I improved my eyesight from 20/200 to 20/10
