Yes, and that reason is more than half of America is comprised of nutcases who want the borders closed, nonwhites deported, nonChristians deported or executed, taxes abolished, and the poor returned to slavery.

Never said it wasn't...I only stated how the money got in the bill and its probable use. I also forgot to mention that CA is the only state that has plans for high-speed rail. I'm not saying this is bad, only that Olbermann is distorting the truth, or not giving all the facts here.
