you said the phone didn't work, but have you ever actually tried it...although I wouldn't suggest trying it just for fun...there are student employees tasked with regularly testing them...and at the time this video was uploaded, I was one of them...this particular emergency phone worked every time I checked...

i went on that one before too when i went there for state last year its pretty nice there its big too. i was just on my laptop becuzs the game was boring. haha but keep it up you have some nice videos of anchorage
