  • Both. Calories depends vascularity and size.

  • I tried this in my latest workout did 12 kgs (24 pounds) in each hand. other extended sets work I did the right form do I need to increase the weight or should I do other things to build my chest?

  • Vince, I was wondering if it is good to do interval training as soon as I finish weight training on the same day?

  • interesting, but fyi: only your first set had 10 reps, the 2nd and 3rd had 9 reps.

  • @rmsdbr Personally i find that proteins help but not enough to cover the cost. They are ridiculously expensive for something that has a limited effect. Some peoples bodies will react differently to them so i would recommend trying some for maybe a month and see if you notice any extra improvments in your workout.

  • @rmsdbr i know im not vince , but i would personally reccomend taking whey protein, make sure its high quality (grass feed cow) , this will not only help increase lean mass but also speed up recovery ;)

    I've been working out for 2 years now and i was wondering if protein would help

    with my training... i've never used protein before. so im just asking if it actually works.
