cobras grow to 30 feet. why would u have one?

errr. really? call the Smithsonian institute dude... if you ever find one that size... you just might win the nobel prize... this Black-Spitting cobra gets up to about 4-5ft at most... now reticulated pythons and Burmese can get up to the 20+ft ballpark and that's about as long as any snake gets... where did you say you saw a 30ft cobra again?

the scariest nature I've come to experience is the behavior of human beings... far worst then snakes will ever be.... when's the last time you heard in the news of snakes committing arm-robbery, murderer and unprovoked harassment?

@TheDannys5 I don't know everything about snakes, but I have been a snake keeper for over a decade. i've been a snake lover since 1975. I've bred snakes, rescued snakes, educated folks about local snakes. I'm pretty much a snake fanatic. I'd keep venomous except I already know me well enough.... I'd probably end up letting down my guard and holding them like I hold boas. And yeah, that would be stupid. I consider myself an amateur-herpetologist-wannabe. ;) But I'm actually just a chemist.

What's amazing to me is how something can be so poisonous to the mouse, yet, not harm the cobra whatsoever.

is it a venomiod? call me a pansie if you like but i wouldnt be comfortable with a snake that fast and still hot. if i were to have a neurotoxic snake id probably go with a coral snake.
