This is such a wrong to the missing mother and the police should take the boys and charge him with child endangering because he took his children out on a camping trip in the freezing cold and that might buy them some time ?C.P.S. could hold thesechildren for a long time untill an investigation has been completed .Some times the police need to do what ever to get to the bottom of the case .If the father is willing to stop all talks the police need to do the same fight fire with fire .

I have listened to the whole story and its not difficult at all. WVC police have done a horrible job handling the investigation. Susans own family, friends, and neighbors supported Josh while Josh was being completely evasive and uncooperative to all of them. Some of these people are finally starting to realize they got duped. There are so many naïve people involved in this story its perplexing.

well where he is in the process is out of production... if the authorities could not figure out he was lying or prove via lie detector or denial to take that test .. then I should be head of the fbi and every police dept in the US.. because I could tell the difference here between bullshit and a cappuccino

My sister and her hubby went camping over at Lakeside area, it's by a millatary base in Utah..on interstate 80 and exit 62. Well, she said that there is a large water tank there in the middle of no mans land, and smelled and felt death in this area. She wasn't able to get to look in the tank, it was like locked up or something. Could this be the place he put her body?

Michael C. Powell, who ran for the State Legislature in Washington. Josh is listed as his technical advisor and creator of his website, according to Blink On Crime site. Surely a man who ran for the state legislature and most likely knows something related to this case should come forward to help Susan's family and bring justice to Josh and also protect Susan's innocent children from harm.

@8675tree09 That is exactly what happened in the similar case when Nancy Cooper of Carey, NC went missing July 12, 2010. Nancy was found a few days later in drain area ~ 3 miles from their home. They had 2 small girls about same ages as Susan's children.The court granted full temporary custody to Nancy's family,&in order to fight custody,Brad had to testify for hours to Nancy's family legal team, and in doing so, there was evidence to put him in jail 4 wife's murder and trial is October 2010.

Josh is behaving so cowardly. It's like Ed Smart said, when Elizabeth was missing, Ed became treated by police as a possible suspect, but all Ed cared about was helping police with their investigation in finding Elizabeth even if it meant being treated negatively. How could a father tell his son's that their "mommy is lost", yet blatantly not help in finding his son's missing mother at least for his son's sake? Why would he keep sons awy from Su's parents when they are in so much pain already?

Yes!!! I was shocked but they may be giving enough rope.......... He is not tooo bright I feel the cops have the goods on him already they are just trying to get more R-O-P-E.. Snow melts in the spring(hint). It is 30 degrees out side tonite I have to take the kids camping.... Have a good weekend!!

Hey Fergie did you see where he is moving now and the police arent going to stop him ? What is wrong with this police force because any other police station in the U.S.A, Would find a way to hold him or keep the children in CPS. on some crazy ass charge and i still stand by my first post to take the children on an investigation of child endangering stemming from a freezing cold camping trip in the middle of the night ?
