What happens is that the bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and the vinegar mix in result of a chemical reaction forming carbon dioxide ( Co2) . but having it made so suddenly and in a beaker a thick glob of Co2 forms which can be easily poured somewhat like a liquid :D. (if you did not know, carbon dioxide is a fires worst fear) . The reason why we can blow out candles is because we breath out Co2

Uhh no he's not actually.. If you payed any attention at all, all you see in the video is his arm. His head would have to be close to the candles to blow them out, which never happened.

yep. Gasses can be poured just like liquids... it's just a little harder to aim where they're going.
