  • The most clever use of a scarf in movies too. They told her to just keep moving it across her "bump" which was, of course, Liza.

  • A feast for the eyes! The men: all dashing. The gowns, especially Judy's, are just beautiful. And those large black hats...mmmm. That is indeed a beautiful yellow yellow.

  • amazing!

  • Judy is only in 5 or 6 scenes in this movie - but you can't hide her stardom! What talent!

  • @1dpoppyman even her hair :D

  • OMG this is sooo YELLOW...love it !!!!♥

  • @mylesag2 you're a fool

  • @shawnTebaldi...She looks much older there than she actually is. The voice is strained and forced.

  • @mylesag2 What do you mean - She looked old as honey-blonde gal?

What do we see in her you ask? We hear the voice of an angel. More talent in one finger than all the talent we have today and such beauty!

How's about that. You can't deny her voice is beautiful. And why are you on here? Go back to Lady gaga (or whatever she's called). Talent is wasted on you.

  • @1dpoppyman YES!!

  • Wonderfull! Judy's voice sounds like an angel, I just love her!

  • super video, merci

    bimba

  • ps: look at her eyes...there's an awful gap (for the worse) between her sight on this take and that in any take of e.g. Babe in Arms or Strike up the Band. It's not just time that passed by.

  • I disagree :) -- Garland never looked better as in her first films (1939-1942). She had all her charm intact, even her physical appearance was much better when she was less slender than in these films...Hollywood was already eating away at her, like it did with many beautiful people ever since.

  • I JUST LOVE HE IN YELLOW … SHE DID NOT WARE IT MUCH !!!

  • One of my favorite routines and my absolute favorite version of this song.

  • If I could just step on those stairs, I'd buy an expensive yellow dress, gang up a bunch of cardboard cut outs of men in tailcoats, and lip sync to this song, just for a 2 minute clip of me being in a place, singing a song, Judy was. I hope she is my guardian angel.

  • God judy is pretty

  • She was playing the star of 1920's hits Marilyn Miller, who headlined the Ziegfeld Follies and his Sally and Sunny. This and Look for the Silver Lining were her two most famous signature songs. Hence the blonde wig - in a forties fashion rather than twenties, but Judy looks gorgeous so who's complaining!

  • god shes stunning..

  • She ruled....thanks for posting

  • wow wonderful and beautifull..... big Judy!!!
