@1986guitarplayer Try turning off, unplug the power cable, remove the battery for a few minutes and assemble again. It should then work. Dont ask why, i have no idea how but if you are concern about it, consult a tech. Peace

dont buy this laptop it will fall apart without abuse. The earphone jack and mic jack got pushed in so cant use it hdmi port became loose letters on keys smudge (my a key) overheats shit battery. Charger port piece broke scratches easily on keyboard. Looks nice though. Graphic card sucks processor meh. Nice amount of USB ports. Other than that more cons than pros. Just spend your money on something that is worth it you pay for what you get

i had mine for the past year and a 1/2 and now i get grey diagonal line across the screen, anyway this could be fixed???

@TIPPMANNPAINTBALL100 mmm i bought it in like the first weeks it came out, now my battery life only lasts half an hour, overheats really quick, it broke within a year becuz the hard drive burnt or toasted, to repair that £120 came out of my wallet..... do not get it

I've had this computer for a tear and a half and it is still running like new if you are thinking about buying this computer just buy it you won't regret it

my mouse cursor is not working i was wondering where can i find the driver to install it?

Are you sure the cursor is not turned off? Look right above the touch pad and see the light, it should be white, not like yellowish-orangeish.

@airplane75 yeah was wondering about how to install the button, i think the button doesnt work because when i push it either color the mouse cursor still works with a usb mouse plugged in???
