my friends house was the one with the cubby and OMG he got so lucky!!!

im not sure how the cubby survived but it did. at another house there is even a plastic swimming pool that is virtually untouched. its amazing what things survived. ive seen the destruction this fire caused and its a total mess there. i feel very sorry for the people who lost their houses and possessions but thankfull no lives were lost. they are so lucky compared to the other vic fires- so many lives cut short.
