YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A PARTNER TO GET THIS SONG ON YOUR VID. all you have to do is have a vid that managed to get hundreds of thousands of views or millions, and then the owner of these songs will pay you to switch it to their songs.. it has nothing to do with partnership or youtube ads.. you're a fucking idiot.

They find videos that have hundreds of thousands to millions of views and then they offer them 25 dollars to change the music to theirs.. i cant believe you are arguing with me with zero knowledge on this..
