Jess shows how to make a quick and easy, pudding that is rich and creamy - and made from fruit!
Hey guys, I don't mean to have my back to you in this video!
Ingredients:
Banana-Mango Pudding
1 banana
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp almond milk (may use soy or cow milk - use lemon juice if making a citrus pudding)
1 tbsp carob powder (may use cocoa or cacao)
3 medjool dates (may use 2 tbsp liquid sweetener such as agave or maple syrup)
Coconut-Carob Pudding
Meat from 1 young thai coconut
1/4 cup coconut water
1-2 tbsp carob powder
3 medjool dates
Avo-Banana Pudding
2 bananas
1/2 avocado
1/4c almond milk
3 medjool dates
Blend and enjoy!

Thank you for your great vids.
My mango wasn't ripe so I just used two bananas. Turned out fine but in the future I will experiment with avocado and different things. That's the thing about this 'raw food' concept. Hard to go wrong when you start out with fresh, wholesome ingredients.

So true!! Great job - experimenting and improvising is half the fun! I find I can't make cooked food without recipes anymore (cookies for friends, etc). I have too much of a raw food mindset! Everything turns out bland... :(
