OMFG, FFXIII-2 TOMORROW!!! Yeah, probably won't be watching vids for awhile due to my occupation with that. Anyways, doing a good job through the Ark, Stikinis and Skata'nes can be quite the problem, but who am i kidding, i never have the main roles maxxed at this point.

The bridge-work in that ark is painful when it comes to looking for treasure-chests. When I had a strategy guide by my side when going through this point, it took me about half-an-hour just to get this one particular treasure there.  In the end, I managed to get every single treasure chest except for one back in chapter 4. ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

daze is basically sleep in that the character can't act until smacked around or recovered with an item or spell. hope and fang got hit with it in the video. the rainbow anklet you got there isn't to useful (not many monsters use the daze debuff to much). those ooze guys can be a pain if you let them merge, but you handled them well.

Daze is actually a status ailment you can cast or receive. Various bosses might cast it, and certain enemies might cast it... all in all, having a Daze Resistance accessory is mostly pointless. Actually, most of the ailment accessories are rather useless, except the death resistance ones really late in the game.
