English project pt 2. This was to be propaganda for the legalization of prostitution. It's part of the project at the end of a massive argumentative paper (like 15-20 pgs) to convince the class and teacher of your side of things.
That sounds absolutely FANTASTIC! Let me know what summer you choose to participate because that sounds like a wonderful opportunity. Thanks for letting me know!
That reminds me, there's a summer working student program in Kentucky called Team CEO. It's eventing. The students take young horses and train them to higher levels, then sell them for more money. It's supposed to be excellent. I think I'm going to do it one summer. You should too!
Aw thanks =) Maybe some day! I am going to Mount Holyoke and hope to be on their equitation and dressage teams, so I'll get more confident with my riding over jumps (I always feel like I'm doing it wrong lol) and then maybe after college, or one summer, I can do working student. Time will tell!
Thanks :) I'm almost to that point with Pepper. If he has prelim in him, I'm only doing one then I'm retiring him from eventing I think. haha I can see that point coming... I got to the point at novice where I never didn't win. aww... I'm sure you'll be able to again soon!
@eventercrazy lols I wish I had a show horse to focus on. Congratulations =) I only did one training before retiring Feliche, but I don't regret it. I didn't want to max out his old body. Anyway that's really exciting! You're gonna get to the point where you're upset when you don't win like I did LOL. Good horses = the good life. I miss showing =(
That sounds pretty excellent. I'd love to have a project horse to focus on Anyway, it's coming pretty well! I've had two training events on Pepper so far, and he's been an angel. :) I think he might have prelim in him. I came in first last weekend at Coconino, so I'm aiming to win the challenge now! If I could make a living off of showing horses, I'd do it lolz
@eventercrazy Well, I did a LOT in 08 (went to Dallas and all the area X ones) but last year I took some time off because of money issues, and then I started focusing on my "baby" (he's 8 but acts like a baby!) so I haven't done any events since my one-and-only training level at LCHA Nov. 08 haha. How about you? =D
Awesome =) Sounds like a plan!
