I'm sure Taylor was just answering Jimmy's question on where he and Kristen generally went. He says they started off in South America, where he specifies that they went to Brazil, THEN they went to Mexico, and THEN Europe. Just because he used the word "and" for "Brazil and Mexico" doesn't mean he thinks they are part of the same continent
