Tuna salad sammich!
One can of tuna
mayo (ratio it about 4:5 to the tuna)
freshly ground pepper (5-8 cranks or so? I like lots of pepper :D )
garlic (I used a fresh clove)
lemon juice (about 2tbsp)
Vicious Viper (hot sauce. I used about 3 drops)
Two heaping spoonfuls of the guacamole I made in the burger recipe.
And I added a slab of mozerella on top for flavor.
Another trick you can do is basically make a "grilled cheese tuna salad sandwich" using the same recipe - those are just badass. I promise to make a video of that as well! :D
