  • This is sooooo amazing. Lady Brown is one of my all time favorites by Nujabes and I had no idea that they sampled this song. Luiz Bonfa makes this track feel like melted butter over warm pound cake on a spring afternoon....

  • Wow!!! This is nice! Nujabes always uses the most interesting sounding tracks for his samples. Thankfully, he always does the original artist justice while adding his own flavor to it.

Rest in Beats, Nujabes. Your music lives on within us.

Thank you Luiz Bonfa for providing this beautiful track to us. It is much appreciated ^_^

And @rafastarporco, thanks for the upload ^_^

  • @EnfantTerrible7 It may not have been a secret but, I certainly did not know about "Shade of Mango Tree" either. There are many things in this world that are not secrets that I'm sure you are unaware of. Just because something might be common knowledge does not mean EVERYBONE on Earth will know about it.

  • @TurboBabyPuncher Very well said. Judging by the caliber of some of those comments I suppose the reason some music fans are pompous dicks is because they are among the plethora of folks online that typically cannot spell for shit, or even worse, use the WRONG words in the WRONG context. When they realize that they're somewhat privy to one little thing where somone else is not, they view it as their chance to appear....."intelligent"......or in the know. It's patheitc.

  • 0:30 that snorig sound reall should be there haha it sounds bad

  • @EnfantTerrible7

Wow, and you're a snobby music elitist!

I sincerely apologize I'm not in the underground music loop and for making such an elementary mistake as to not use correct terminology.

I wish I cared about how many people knew about something or why some music fans are pompous dicks, but I'm here for the music.

It's amazing how many people misinterpret my comment like I'm trying to call this music bad or something.

  • @TurboBabyPuncher you're an idiot. Many people knew Nujabes sampled shade of mango tree, it's just you that didn't know, so it wasn't a secret.

  • @TurboBabyPuncher why secrets?
