@GeorgiaPeach87 It is Whitney! There are many other videos where sounds like this on youtube - This is how she sounded betwee 1985 - 1987. Then again, I was at this concert, well one of them. September 86. Whitney's voice changed and then she did drugs which worstened it! : )
