Manong Mena is a great escrimador, teacher and gentleman. I had a chance to play with him in Rizal Park, Manila aug. 2000. I watched him walk to the center of the demo area bent over like a man of his age. But once he got a stick in his hand he was moving like a man in his twenties. These are true escrimadors who train for real combat and not sport. This is part of an excellant series of videos. I enjoy their intensity and natural combative flow. Thanks again

This is really one of the Great Arnis Filipino Stick Fighting Style. Its not pure Forms and fancy styles but REAL Fighting Techniques. Doblete Rapilon means Double Fast Strikes in response to a single attack. So, what's your chance? The more you attack the chances of being hit twice in every move you take. Goodluck!
