Love my girlie!
We've been having tons of fun over the summer, and we've both gotten a lot better than we were, or so i like to think ;)
We went to MacNair's for our first dressage show, and managed to get a 61.5% & a 62.5%! Much better than I was hoping for! This show was just to get our feet wet, and I wasn't going for ribbons, but, needless to say, we got 3rd in our 1st test, & 2nd in our 2nd!!! So proud of my girl!
Lots of fun things this summer- jumpies, trail rides, gallops, barn pizza rides, TONS of dressage lessons, and, of course, field work! Sadly, I haven't got a lot of footage, but I made do with what I had.
Also, tried KT in a halter the other day, and she was amazinggg! I think i may just ride in a halter from now on! Alsoooo, in November, I'm going with my instructor to train with the Olympic Silver medalist Gina Miles! Sooooo excited!
So, hopefully I'll upload more vids soon, but it depends on my workload this year from Stalag 14. Yuck. :P

OH! alsooo, my instructor just got a new project horse that I'm helping her train! His name is Hans, and he's a total sweetheart! Hopefully I'll get my dad to film me riding him soon... he is SO cute!

haha i hope so :) im trying to convince my dad to film me galloping in duke forest so i can use that footage, bc just dressage and small xc jumps arent super interesting haha

You're getting so good my furry little friend :D it brings a tear to my eye! :'D
I adore the editing and you and Katie are so harmonized! Ill be sure to rewatch this when I'm home because i get crappy connection hur and its no fun having to pause and wait five minutes every 4 seconds for it to buffer.
