@SceneCuppcake idk if this still interests u or not but from what i've seen, when theres fallout, usually makeup artist do their eye makeup first, wipe off the fallout with a makeup remover cloth and then move onto foundation and etc.
Also what i've seen and what I do mostly is when there's not a lot of fallout, just go over it with a creamy or liquidy concealer and blend it out. Usually works and I hope this helped :)

I love this look, but how do you get the excess that falls off when you put on your eyeshadow? It always smears all over my cheek, and I have very fair skin, so I look terrible.
