  • @koolkat18181 They were weighted bracelets for resistance exercises.

  • The point was not to make girls attractive at a young age. The point was to increase confidence, live healthy and active, and create a woman who will become whatever she sets her mind to, and not let stupid stereotypes influence her path to her goals. Ultimate attractiveness is often a result of such a confident woman.

  • Had the ribbon set cant remember what my sister had now

  • I had this when I was a little girl. I put on my sweatbands and did the little workout and was so proud of myself. I'm now 30 and I still remember the songs - that's how much I loved it.

I want them to bring back Mousercize to the Disney morning.

  • I had that when I was a kid and I turned out okay... well... nevermind.

  • Umm they are calling us girls fat

  • I had the set with the pink legwarmers - I really wanted the ribbon though!

  • @boskolost back then working out was about growing strong for kids most of the time. It wasn't like now with all the talk about obesity, weight loss, and looking "Sexy" before you're eighteen.

  • I think is a nice idea... they don't say "Get skinny, girl" they say "get in SHAPE!"...

  • Shit, what ever happened to these kinda shows. We need excercise programming on tv these days.. seriously folks. What's anorexic about it? Maybe you should be worried about the fact that obesity has started to become socially-acceptable
