  • breadfruit taste like french fries to me when cook. idk if anyone has the same taste as i did when i eat breadfruit.

  • Jamaican cuisine is the BEST IN THE WEST!!!!

  • i love the pot with a broken handle...so domestic

  • @mikeygeneral I know what you mean, when I visited my cousin in jamaica he climbed an, ackee tree in the garden & picked as many as he wanted.... Fantastic

  • @chrlmack If you soaked the saltfish over night (and changed the water 3 times) you don't need to boil it 5 times. Saltfish shouldn't be bland, it should still have a hint of salt in it.

  • We Jamaicans take many things for granted. I remember going over to my neighbors house and freely picking as much Ackee's as i wanted. Now i live infarrin and i went to the Chineyman shop and the Akee's were about $10,000 a can. What a damn shame. I quickly thought to pull out my 380 pistol and stick him for all his ackee, But i am going to wait for my moms to come back up. Is a shame man and man haffi go Rikers Island over Ackee.

  • lol I enjoyed the video, love the part where he touched the hot pot lol

  • im hungry... =(

  • Salt fish is very salty it needs to be soaked in water for about 24 hours before cooking. During the 24 hour period the water has to be changed about three times. then the salt fish has to be boiled for about 5 minutes before it is added to the sauce pan.
