This was the second of two launches from the campus of Barton County Community College as part of their Jack Kilby Science Day. Assisting with the launch were a number of high school students attending the event. The rocket was an Estes Oracle with a D12-3 motor. The launch point was 38.403159° N, 98.730907° W, near the Fine Arts building. The flight was nearly vertical, parachute deployment was normal, and recovery was successful even though the rocket landed on the roof of the Math/Science building (thanks to the BCCC maintenance staff!).
