Les, this piece is extraordinarily beautiful. Is that in DADGAD? Your McIroy guitar is perfectly suited to your sound. Never played one but would sure like to. Always thought when I was ready to buy my dream guitar it would be a F25 lowden but I'm not sure now. Thanks, Ray

Thanks for your comment, Ray. The McIlroys are pretty special guitars. What really impresses me about them is their versatility. From Blues to alternate tuned Celtic, they always sound great!

Hi Michael, Really good to hear from you. Can you believe that the finals were over eight years ago?! The guitar in the videos is a McIlroy and the Gretsch that I won was sold to buy an acoustic amp! Do you still have that fantastic sounding old Lowden? If you intend to do any gigs in the North East please let me know.
