February 11, 2008- Twice as many people as organizers expected left the town of Suchitoto to walk to San Salvador over three days. 700 to 1000 walked on the first day 25 kilometers from Suchitoto to the town of Perulapia. The march is to demand the total exoneration of 13 people accused first of terrorism, and later public disorder and aggravated damages, in the context of severe police repression last July 2 in Suchitoto.
