Nice interview! I've been a musician in restaurants and bars for years and just started doing some busking. I find it to be a free feeling after playing in places where the entertainment was looked at like it was the wallpaper, just background. The people seem to be receptive and I'm told some performers actually do quite well for extra money. And no management to tell you what to do. Makes me feel like a real performer again.
