What is NLP: Neuro Linguistic Programming

It is not possible to provide a full answer to what is NLP in a short video so I have tried to summarise what it is in the context of one-to-one change-work.
For the purposes of the client wondering if NLP may well help them I will just say that this field, based upon studying what works and building pragmatic techniques as a result of this studying, or modelling as it is more usually called. As a result of this modelling there are now a large range of techniques that work, and they have been proven to work time and time again.
I like NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) because it works so well, so much of the time. When someone turns up with a phobia, they usually leave without that fear. If someone is addicted, I use NLP to retrain their thinking so that they get back in control of their life. The same applies to eating disorders, anxiety, depression and compulsions. I use NLP in conjunction with a lot of hypnotic technique, and I do consider hypnosis to be an integral part of neuro-linguistics though others may disagree.
All I can say is that using NLP I have been able to help the vast majority of the 5000 people that have come to me for help over the past twelve years, and that I am delighted to have assembles such an excellent worldwide team of practitioners under the JustBeWell banner.
