Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi during his VIA interview on the criteria and experience of flow.

Dr. Csikszentmihalyi is Director of Quality of Life Research Center, Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Best known as the originator of flow and for his research on leadership, creativity, and flow. He is author of numerous books, including Good Business (2004); Creativity (1997); Finding Flow (1997); Flow (1991).

    idk if its just cuz i got ADD but i experience flow ALOT lol.. i am a very very creative person.. and i dont know if it makes sence to get flow in sports.. mostly in freestyling in basketball.. things just happen.

    It's hard to explain flow to someone who hasn't experienced it or hasn't been directed toward it, unless they just find something they are naturally good at and get caught up in it. It's incredible though if you can reach it.
