@TheRealness180 dumbass u dont understand... like i said a person, or people have to be murdered in the first place for him to be a serial killer.. unless u judge a book by its cover... and if u snitch in court on ur next door neighbor what u think he gonna forget where u live.. cases like this can go on for months even years.. imagine what could happen between that time.. the state doesn't provide witness protection niether.. thats a federal thing.. so y back them up when they cant do the same

@TheRealness180 i dont even kno wat ur argument is... like i said we dont talk to cops... we work together and handle it... cops always end up finding out from the word floating around anyway so y put yaself / ya name in that situation... also u kno if u snitch u have to testify in court if nothing else works for the cops case or he give in... and if u dont testify they can now convict u... so again y put yaself in that situation... for those snitches who dont kno witness protection is from feds

@RiverSideJettz88 Niggas in the hood dont give a fuck about no serial killer being told on and getting locked up.Now if u so tough and still dont want to inform the authorities about a serial killer,rapist or child molester living in ur same building then YOU need to put in work and take that person out ur self.Cuz if some1 knows about a serial killer living next to u and doesnt tell u and ur love 1 gets killed.Then that person is responsible also and needs to be dealt with also
