  • @libertyforus1 I definitely see your point, you have a valid agrument. However, I'm a high school student, and I have friends in the same boat as this kid here. I don't think that it is amnesty to let great kids like Elier thrive in school and help our economy.

  • @hcwcars1 are you serious? were you even listening to the video? This kid is extraordinary, he's one of the most hardworking, dedicated students that our country has to offer and you want to send him back for something that he did not do, You're throwing away a potential Steve Jobs.

  • @libertyforus1

"The DREAM Act is not an amnesty: Rather, it creates a well-defined

process to legalize only those who grew up here and who earn status by staying in school and

    maintaining good moral character. "

  • your a great person!

  • deport him now

  • Reagan granted citizenship around 1986 to all illegals here at the time, and NOTHING has changed, except now we're facing another amnesty. When will it end? The border has to be secured first before I'll ever support any kind of amnesty for anyone here illegally.

  • @ncdork08 Part of what you say is true, but he will be able to petition for citizenship for everybody in his family. It may take years, but it will happen. The U.S. has to secure our borders in order to secure our nation and our people. Stop allowing people to freely cross the borders in the first place and this kind of issues will never arise. Stop the leak before granting any kind of citizenship to anyone.

  • @kcollins7866 I agree with you, but it wouldn't be right to send him back a place he doesn't know anything about. This kid was raised here... I don't remember anything from when I was four so I know he doesn't remember Mexico..

  • @libertyforus1 Trust me, I know this law like the palm of my hand... I have been studying it and going over it, every change that has been made to it, every single thing. I am not lying to you. He won't be able to request many people and if he does, it'll be at least 13 years from now... which is a long time...
