Chloe mentions that she's working on the Valentines issue and then has a flashback of Billy and her spending Valentines Day together. Then, while Chloe is trying to decide on shirts, the baby starts kicking, and at moment Billy is caught off guard by his emotions so he leaves in a hurry. While at Jimmy's bar, Billy texts Chloe to tell her that Esther and Roger just got engaged.

Tasialdol3Fan, I agree. Billy likes Chloe's attention and since he's had in before when they were together, you would think he was tired of it but NOPE the BOY WANTS MORE!!! I also LOVED when they were at the bookstore and Billy came over to her, and was all up in her space and trying to get her to admit she was still into him. Billy shouldn't care right? But he does. I LOVE CHILLY!!!!!!!!
