We are headed toward a reckoning. Gather weapons and ammunition for when tshitf.

Fucking brilliant, bringing these two cases together. Somehow we miss this sort of thing pretty regularly. Gail Collins of the NY Times sometimes is able to do it.
I can't imagine that anyone could disagree with you on this!
BTW, the New York media are full of stories about police illegaidy searching ghetto youth for pot so they can make pot arrests, because the stupidvisors like to see arrest numbers. This is the result of MBA policing. Metrics, metrics. Mayor Blumberg the businessman.

I would dispute that becoming a cop is a good thing.

Any cop that files false charges against an innocent citizen should be removed from the country and banished from ever being called an American citizen. Because that man is everything the founding fathers fought long and hard against. If you record the police use 2 cams a cheapie in hand nice one that is hidden. IDK if I can go on with life after that beating I think I would have to take that man to a gator feeding party cop or no cop?
we had a cop here in houston driving drunk on the way to work hit a school bus recently,

@jdouglasfisher original no but do to public outcry he was arrested and released on $500 bond WTF? he was 3 times over legal limit. i guess now here in houston when the cops ask "have you been drinking" you can respond with "no have you"

@cbr6864 I'd hope the public attends the trial for the DWI ticket, this will put pressure on the judge to uphold the law even when its against a law enforcement officer. And if the judge cuts him the minimum, then the public should cry for the removal of both the Cop and the Judge

Paul Craig Roberts, a former editor of the Wall Street Journal and former assistant secretary to the treasury under Ronald Reagan, who wrote recently: "Police in the US now rival criminals, and exceed terrorists as the greatest threat to the American public."

@IMStrong59 sadly, in some cases, he is right.
