The PSA is hilarious, but the message isn't. If you get mumps, and it goes into your testes, it can have permanent, devastating results. One of our neighbours had mumps when he was a kid, and it left him sterile. So by not getting the Measles-Mumps-Rubella booster, you run the risk of stupidly removing yourself from the gene pool, thus earning yourself a Darwin Award.
